Cancellation and Refund Policy policy

Cancellation by User:

Users may cancel their bookings subject to the following conditions:

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made within 6 hours of the scheduled service will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the scheduled service will not be eligible for a refund.

Cancellation by OPSAN:

OPSAN reserves the right to cancel any booking at any time for any reason. In the event of such cancellation, users will receive a full refund.
Refund Process:

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original booking.

Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process, depending on the payment method and financial institution.
