Cancellation and Refund Policy policy

Cancellation by User:

  • Users may cancel their bookings subject to the following conditions:

    • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service will receive a full refund.

    • Cancellations made within 6 hours of the scheduled service will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

    • Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the scheduled service will not be eligible for a refund.

Cancellation by OPSAN:

  • OPSAN reserves the right to cancel any booking at any time for any reason. In the event of such cancellation, users will receive a full refund.

Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original booking.

  • Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process, depending on the payment method and financial institution.
