Shail Priya is a dedicated nutritionist and academic professional with extensive experience in Clinical Nutrition, Public Health, and Medical education. She is extremely passionate about Oncology. Shail has worked in diverse roles, including teaching Medical Physiology to Graduate and Post Graduate students and serving as a Chief Clinical Advisor at Nutribears. Her clinical expertise spans years of working with leading institutions like Manipal Hospital Whitefield, Manipal Hospital, old airport road Bangalore, where she practiced a very effective yet doable Medical Nutrition Approach for all types and stages of Cancers.Clinically she tackled cases of Fatigue,Anaemia,Swallowing difficulties, weight loss by preventing Cancer Cachexia, Ascites, Constipation, Edema, Infections,Nutritional deficiencies,Malnutrition and Enteral and Parenteral tube feeds for OPD patients and ICUs.

Her academic foundation includes a postgraduate degree in Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics with distinction from the very prestigious Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE). Her research on circadian rhythms underscores her commitment to advancing nutritional science. She has also completed specialized courses in Cancer Biology, Brain Health and Obesity from reputed global universities like Johns Hopkins University, US, Emory University,University of Edinburgh respectively.Her journey is enriched by international exposure, including hospital training in Surgical Enteral feed from Tanta Government Hospital, Egypt and a Government Project (PMSMA) Pradhan Mantri Surakshit Matritva Abhiyan Campaign partnered by UNICEF.Shail has presented at multiple national and international conferences .She is certified and trained in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation.
